Autoleveller

Is there any reason why I can't use autoleveler for an artistic engraving? I would be using the same bit I use for PCB's, and my gcode only has one z depth and has no drill points. I can't see why there would be a problem, but I don't want to ruin some material and a bit in the process if I don't ha...
