Glad you were able to figure it out! Some of the settings can be inter reactive and hard to chase down.

Re: customize Autoleveller with a homemade cnc.
OK, I am not familiar with your controller, but looking under the "Controller" drop down menu you have four options at this point. These are Mach, Linuxcnc, Turbocnc, and Custom. Linuxcnc uses G38.x for probing Mach3 uses G32 Turbocnc uses G33 In all three of these cases, the probe results are writt...

Re: Does not handle G82
The way I read this is the first part of the command adjusts for the height of the surface (#100) and then it will drill down the 0.2540 depth and then dwell the required time and return to the proper height.

Re: Manual Tool Change
I didn't answer when you posted your question as I do not use Mach!
I can only say that I use Turbocnc and do a single probe and let the post processor for Eagle do all the tool change coding.
I would expect it to work in a very similar way in Mach, but YMMV!

Re: I can't download autoleveller from the autor page
HI,
I just tried to get into the sight and like you couldn't.
The best I can do and have done is write an email to James, the owner to see if he can get it fixed.

Re: AE Leveller Recover - Documentation
Hi guys, OK, I will take a stab at the questions but realize I am not all that smart especially relating to Mach as I don't use it. But having said that, I seem to remember people having problems with "run from here" to begin with and yes, I think the documentation is based on the older version. I h...

Re: Using autoleveller with 3d shapes
Hi,
I am going to take a stab at this one and state that I doubt that it will work. My logic behind this is that Autoleveler is designed to make the cutting surface come to one plane. As I understand your question, you have multiplanes that you want to surface?

I am purely guessing, but have you checked all of your connections including solder joints. Sounds like an intermittent connections somewhere in your system. Also check your wires to make sure they are not broken internally.
Just a guess on my part.

Re: Help to use two ISO codes before milling.
doraimontv, Based on what I am reading, it appears that your are going straight to the "Autolevel" button to generate your final Gcode file. Instead, click on "Generate PFG" file and this will make a stand alone Raw Probe File. This can be loaded back into the program along with the Original Gcode f...
