Help- my autoleveller ae 0.85 not change g code

Hy i use mach3, and autoleveller ae 0,85 not change z coordnate in g code, i load g code then generete pfg, save teach file and probe my plate after this i load file generate and i can see coordinates variations, but wen i press auto level and save new gcode this code not presentes variations in z coordinate, ex all z stand in g00 z0.0000, someboty can help me?

Sorry for my late reply, have been working on the new AE and not been on the forum lately.

I think what you are saying is that the Z values in your gcode do not change from the non-autolevelled gcode where your Z's are 0.0. Is this correct?

I think the problem is that AE will only level negative Z's, so to fix this, you need to make all Z's negative. Even Z-0.0000001 will be enough. Then when you click Autolevel, it will work.
