Autoleveller

I am starting to use Autoleveller software for my cnc.
The fact is that I have a doubt regarding the use, since I always use files in MACH3 with semi-automatic tool change generated in Aspire.
How do you use Autoleveller for this type of files when using multiple tools in one file ...
